We trust you will be as thrilled with your purchase as we are to forge it. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not fit perfectly or meet your exact expectations. Fear not, for our returns and exchanges policy is designed to be as noble and straightforward as your journey should be.

Our Policy

You may return or exchange most new, unused, and unaltered items in their original packaging within 15 days of you receiving the shipment. Please note that due to the nature of our specialized goods, certain items are exempt from this policy (see below).

The Process: Your Quest for a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Send Your Missive: Within the 15-day window, contact our customer service council at [email protected]. Provide your order number and the details of the item you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Your Scroll (Return Instructions): We will respond promptly with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send the package. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number; it ensures your return is processed correctly upon arrival at our forge.
  3. Dispatch the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.
  4. Our Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our blacksmiths will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
  5. Completion:
    • For Exchanges: Once approved, we will immediately dispatch your replacement item.
    • For Refunds: Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

Refund Timeline & Method

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return after we receive it. Once processed, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be officially posted to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal), depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For the safety and hygiene of all our adventurers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Helmets (All types, including Helmets Antiquity): Due to their intimate nature and for hygiene reasons, all helmets are considered final sale once they have been worn.

All other items, including Gambesons, Pirate clothing, Roman & Celtic clothing, Viking clothing, and RPG game items, are eligible for return if they meet the standard conditions.

Note on Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable. For returns that are not due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
