Our guild is committed to providing quality gear for reenactors, LARP enthusiasts, historical interpreters, and fantasy adventurers. We forge these terms to ensure a fair and transparent relationship between our artisans and our valued customers.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all our products. However, please note that colors may appear slightly different on various display screens. Sizes are approximate, and we recommend reviewing our sizing guides before purchase.

All helmets are considered final sale once worn due to hygiene considerations, as detailed in our return policy.

3. Ordering and Payment Terms

Placing an Order

When you place an order through our guildhall, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these terms. Order acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation email.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment Methods

Our guild accepts the following payment methods:

Payment is processed at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our forge. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once processing is complete.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We dispatch our goods to adventurers across many lands, though some distant regions in Asia and remote areas may be beyond our current shipping routes.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Courier (DHL or FedEx): A fee of $12.95. Delivery within 10-15 days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping (EMS): For orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. While our guild strives to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Upon delivery, you become responsible for the goods. Please inspect packages upon arrival and report any visible damage to the carrier immediately, then contact our customer service guild.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from our guildhall. Our Noble Guarantee allows returns or exchanges of most new, unused, and unaltered items in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt.

The Quest for Return or Exchange

1. Send Your Missive: Contact our customer service council at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your shipment, providing your order number and item details.
2. Receive Your Scroll: We will respond with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not send returns without this RMA number.
3. Dispatch the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with a copy of your order confirmation and the RMA number clearly marked. Ship to the address we provide.
4. Our Inspection: Our blacksmiths will inspect returned items upon receipt.
5. Completion: Exchanges will be dispatched immediately after approval. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline

Please allow 1-2 business days for return processing after we receive your item. Once processed, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety of all our adventurers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective:

• All helmets (including Helmets Antiquity) once worn

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns not due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and website design—is the property of Mytholon Shop or our content suppliers and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. The Mytholon Shop name and logo are trademarks of our guild.

While we encourage the use of our gear in creative pursuits such as LARP events, reenactments, and RPGs, commercial use of our product images or descriptions requires prior authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our guild crafts quality gear for historical reenactment, LARP, costume, and display purposes. Our products are not designed for actual combat or protective use in dangerous situations.

Mytholon Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the website or products shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Oakland, California.
